Location was exactly what I wanted. The breakfast looked very good. I just didn't use this facility

I don't think you could improve this facility except maybe coffee facility in room

"Good location in the town, but lacking focus on the customer."

Very good location in the town. Rooms very clean, building renovations well done, all nice and new.

Virtually no staff. We waited over two hours to check in, waiting for someone to turn up. Same for breakfast, just no one there. First day she did turn up for half an hour, second day not at all.
