This bnb is a little oasis. The walled garden as you enter sets you up for the perfect, quiet retreat. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The whole place feels special and luxurious. We had a fantastic stay. Bridget is a wonderful hostess and serves an amazing breakfast.

"Delightful, apart from the problem of the shower."

Bridget's hospitality was exceptional. The breakfast was excellent. The courtyard garden was secluded and a pleasure to sit in.

My wife was unable to climb into the bath and hence access the shower. There is no mention of accessibility issues on the booking.com website, although there is a reference to uneven floors on the owner's website.

"Just wonderful"

Had a fantastic stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was beautiful and scrupulously clean. Bridget is the perfect host and cooked a beautiful full English vegetarian breakfast on the Sunday morning. The location is superb too, literally a two minute walk from the High Street where we ate at The George which I would thoroughly recommend as fine food and wine.
