"Would be happy to pay more for an updated property"

Very obliging landlady, and little extras in the rooms you wouldn’t normally expect. Breakfast was also good.

This would benefit from decorating and updating. Also parking was on road only.

Really nice room, Bernie went about and beyond and a really nice breakfast (even making scrambled eggs for our dog)

Room was clean and tidy. Good shower. Breakfast tasty and enjoyable, plenty of breakfast options.

When coming back to the B&B on the Thursday evening. The outside light does not work. So difficult to put key into outside door to gain access to the property.For safety an outside light needs to work please. The flush to room 2 A was temperamental not fully flushing at times.
