"Excellent location, friendly, comfortable and highly recommended"

Location was excellent - right in the middle of Budleigh (but quiet) and walking distance to beach and croquet lawns. Continental breakfast was fabulous with home made fruit salad, lots of choices of breads, jams and pastries.

"Beautiful find at Budleigh"

Just superb, exceptionally clean and very spacious room and en-suite. Hosts Alex and Sarah were courteous and friendly. Continental breakfast was fabulous.

"Fabulous guest house"

Lovely comfortable room with excellent attention to detail, from complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, a good selection of tea and coffee and even an Internet radio. Huge comfortable bed and lovely shower. Fabulous high quality breakfast. Also beautiful gardens where you can sit. Good location, 5 minute walk to the town, 10 minutes to the beach

"A very comfortable short stay, with good facilities and comfort and an excellent breakfast."

The location was ideal for getting the local bus into Sidmouth. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. The bed was supremely comfortable and the electric blanket was appreciated, as I am always cold at night!

"A fantastic base for our 3 days of exploring the area."

Very welcoming hosts. Beautifully appointed room with plenty of storage and big windows so plenty of light. Super big shower and good supply of lovely toiletries and fluffy towels. Excellent continental breakfast. Very pretty garden with outside seating if wanted.

A lovely property and Alex and Sarah were perfect hosts. Very comfortable room and extremely clean. The breakfast was superb and we would highly recommend this property
