The Woolly Rock

Nous y avons séjourné deux nuits. Chambre confortable. Plein de petites attentions. Salle de bain privée moderne. Bon petit déjeuner Accueil chaleureux de Gaynor la propriétaire. Elle nous a proposé à l’avance et fait les réservations dans les restaurants de notre choix, puisque tout est complet en haute saison. Repas délicieux à The Loch Leven Hotel (5 minutes à pied) et à The Onich Hotel.

Gaynor and Mike were super efficient, helpful friendly hosts. Breakfast really good with lots of choice, juice, fruit, cereal, toast and the whole spectrum of cooked possibilities. Spotlessly clean throughout. Can't fault Woolly Rock.

Brilliant host, accommodation, location and food.

Gaynor is een geweldige gastvrouw. Nooit verlegen om een praatje en geeft je graag allerlei tips van leuke dingen die te zien zijn in de buurt. "Deze route is leuk, dat café moet je hebben" etc. Onbetaalbare info van de locals. Het ontbijt is volledig verzorgd en ze kwam regelmatig vragen of ze nog iets voor je kon betekenen. Kamer was schoon, heel, goed verzorgd, lekkere douche, helemaal top dus. Er stond zelfs een gemeenschappelijke koelkast in de gang die je kon gebruiken. Het ligt afgelegen t.o.v. de grote steden maar het ligt tegelijkertijd super centraal als je bezienswaardigheden in de buurt wil zien zoals Glencoe, Glen Etive of Oban

It is such a comfy and well located place. Hosts are really kind and helpful. Loads of nice details.

Gaynor was a lovely host - breakfast was good and bedroom comfortable. Location perfect for Glen Coe.
