Excellent..everything.. from the staff, the room, parking ..

We chose the place because of its relative proximity to Bologna Airport, and that worked out OK. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean and serviceable.

We were ready to like the breakfast but there was none! In a 'bed and breakfast'! We presumed from the reviews that there would be an excellent breakfast, but Andreea said we should have looked more closely at the description of the room, which made no mention of breakfast. All there was was a kettle in the room, and some 'toasts'. As to there being a restaurant on site ... there was a room in which Andreea presumably serves some meals to some people. We messaged her in advance to request dinner at 20.00 and she replied saying 'certamente' ... but when we got there there was no restaurant (with a menu and choices and other people dining) and no dinner. So, no breakfast and no dinner. She must have checked the messages after we looked so surprised and she came back to offer to 'cook us something'. But by then we had realised we would be much better off going to the nearby (a 5-minute walk) Ristorante Da Ezio, which was excellent. Similarly, there was no 'coffee shop and bar'. Again, presumably Andreea is ready to serve coffee and/or a drink in this one room if requested. - We feel strongly that this accommodation is misleadingly described on the website.

Such a wonderful place with a very passionate host/family. Delicious food with homemade and local treasures.
