"Très déçu et indigne de nos jours d’avoir un établissement dans ces conditions sanitaires"

Les conditions sanitaires n’étaient pas bonnes. Il y avait des bêtes et cafards. Et en plus il faisait froid. Les radiateurs ne fonctionnait pas malgré ma demande aux propriétaires.
