Steps in room to bedroom very steep

Spacious room, huge, comfortable bed, good breakfast, milk in fridge.

Was noisy one night till 11.00. The duvet was far too thick for summer.

Amazing breakfast. Best rain shower. Great location. Lovely courtyard.

The fact the bedroom and bathroom were separated by a flight of stairs. Very sloping ceilings with beams making it hard getting around the bedroom.

Vibrant lively bistro in great central location. Attic dog friendly room was light , spacious and perfect for relaxing. Super comfy bed , quality breakfasts and attentive welcoming service. Loved it

Popular bistro / bar in a great location - lovely walk through shopping area to Quay. Easy walk to park to exercise dog. Very dog friendly. Lovely staff. Superb breakfast. Our room was quiet despite being above courtyard.

Room very hot ...but it was a heatwave in July. Fan provided.

What's not to like

Brilliant location, free parking, lovely breakfast, nice staff, lovely large room. We enjoyed the long walk to the beach, for people who can’t walk far there is a large modern car park next to the beach with a large cafe and toilets.

Lots of great eating places in Wells, although lots of places stopped serving food after 7.30pm, mid week.

Lovely spacious and great bathroom, comfy bed excellent shower. Wonderful position at top of the high street Great helpful staff and delicious breakfast included in price.
