La maison delle favole

la Location è fantastica, la titolare ci è piaciuta molto simpatica socievole e disponibile anche a rispondere alle nostre domande sul cosa fare o vedere nella città. molto pulita e attenta ai particolari di arredo. bello avere a disposizione il bollitore e la macchinetta del caffè a cialde.

unica cosa negativa il lavandino era in camera perchè il bagno era piccolo, ma non sono tutte cosi le stanze.

La colazione è stata abbondante e di eccellente qualità, con cappuccini dalla schiuma spettacolare, mai vista neanche al bar. Ottima la varietà proposta, sia per il dolce che per il salato. La proprietaria, Federica, è stata molto disponibile e attenta a ogni richiesta. Il luogo è davvero magico: mi ha fatto tornare un po' bambina, come se stessi vivendo dentro a una favola. Quella che mi è venuta in mente è stata Alice nel paese delle meraviglie, per l'atmosfera incantata e curata in ogni dettaglio.

The check in process is strictly rigid, in case you are later than 6 to 8 pm forget about checking in. We missed our train in Cinque terre and have to wait for two hours there and an additinal hour in Milan, which led to our arriving late. The lady did not even negotiate or help us getting in. Imagine arriving later at night and looking for another place to spend the night because the hotel you already paid for does not let you in. We simply paid for the night twice in order not to sleep on the street. My request for getting a little bit of compensation got rejected, she offered us breakfast instead, which we accepted, what we should not have. First of all: the room is too small for that price imho. The breakfast consist of a large table full of sweet stuff mostly bought from the supermarkt, there are no hard boiled eggs, no variety in cheese of ham (just two). Pancakes were fresh on monday but not anymore on the next morning, you get it! If she is in a good mode she would make some fried eggs for you, which we only got on the first morning. Well she offered cappuccino though and was acting nice but that was pretty much all. Honestly everything about that place felt fake. The flowers are not real, the green plants on the building are actually plastic with a lot of dust on it. I have a light allergy and could not sleep well because of the dust lying everywhere. Conclusion: If you are a fan of dusty plastic be my guest, I wont be booking this place ever again!
