Communication with Germano was prompt and efficient right from the time of booking the guest house. Nothing was a problem and Germano was happy to help us enjoy our stay and the local attractions. He also organised a shuttle from San Candido train station to the guest house. Our room slept 4 of us and had an ensuite bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities. There was no option to prepare meals. Directly in front of the hotel was a restaurant where we had breakfast - this was included in the overnight price. We also enjoyed our evening meal at the restaurant - we needed to reserve a table as the restaurant was very busy. We loved our stay amongst the mountains. Thanks Germano for a memorable stay.

Staff were all very nice, breakfast was of great quality (although buffet items ran out when I tried to get second helping)

Bathroom were tiny, balcony was like one narrow long hallway throughout the other rooms with no chair, there was no cups or electric kettle in the room, location was kind of odd…near by industrial facility.
