I termosifoni non erano sempre funzionanti, magari visto le giornate fredde avrebbe fatto comodo qualche ora di accensione in più

in general - we lover it the owner is very nice & friendly - they did all they can to assist. breakfast was very good - many options to choose. the building is very old - very nice atmosphere. we had dinner on site at the first night and enjoyed it - typical food from Rome area! No reception for phone inside but internet signal was very good

we stayed at the Duplex Suite - the bed is upstairs with steep stairs - the light it only upstairs. the room hight is too low at the right side of the bed.. need to be carefully while walking. the bathroom design is not the best... the toilets s too close to the shower, and shower head location is not good - you need to hold it by your hand. the road to the house is narrow...

Das kleine gemütliche Hotel besticht mit seinem außergewöhnlichen Still. Es liegt einwenig außerhalb von LaSpezia, ist aber trotzdem gut erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unser kleines Zimmer war stets sauber. Das Abendessen haben in dem hauseigenen hervorragendem Restaurant gegessen. Es war wunderbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön.

Es ist eine sehr besondere Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben die Unterkunft wegen des dazugehörigen Restaurants ausgewählt, in dem wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hervorragend gegessen haben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
