Great price, cozy, and super clean! (It's hard to find an accommodation that is cleaner than my house in this price range.) Also perfect to just chill and relax. Will definitely come back :)

friendly owner, very clean and best pad ka phao in the morning

the mosquitos in the room are very annoying in the night. a mosquito net would be nice for a good sleep. without scooter the location is really bad

Convenient location, friendly yet very helpful hosts, extra shared spaces for everything you would need for any activities with friends and family, extra services with minimal charge (on breakfast), comfortable stay and safe :-)

This is a very clean and lovely guest house, only 5 minute drive to the beach.

Comfortable spacious room. Private bathroom. Immaculate cleanliness. The place has really funky decorations that I really liked as it showed the fantastic personality of the owner. We even had use of the kitchen which was beyond our expectations. We only stayed one night passing by from Phuket to Bangkok but would have loved to have had more time to stay here. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

Banya BnB I would highly recommend. Jack the host was kind and informative. Everywhere was clean, tidy and in excellent taste. There is a wonderful variety of plants that obviously receive love and attention. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Quiet and comfortable.
