The location is excellent. The property is situated almost right next to the lake and close to a pleasant promenade that is perfect for walking. There are several restaurants nearby and the town center can be reached in about a 10-minute walk. The room was modern, well furnished and almost everything seemed brand new. The contactless check-in was smooth.

Overall, the place was not bad, but it was very impractical and some areas were not properly cleaned. 1. The description in booking.com stated that the room had a balcony, but in reality the balcony was shared and accessible to everyone. It was not private. 2. There was not a single window that could be opened except for the balcony door. Since the balcony was shared and accessible to anyone, it was not possible to leave the door open for ventilation because anyone could potentially enter or just look inside through the open door. 3. The area under the bed was dirty, and there was even animal hair underneath it. Some corners and less accessible areas had also not been cleaned properly. The table and chairs on the balcony were dirty as well, and we had to clean them ourselves before using them. Other than that, the rest of the room was generally clean. 4. The wardrobe was very impractical and provided almost no storage space for luggage. There were only three shelves, and two of them were occupied by blankets and pillows. As a result, there was only one shelf available for us to use and also a row of hangers.
