"Pleasant enough once settled but no responses, so heavily downgraded. Pricey."

Uber quiet, in the countryside with extensive views to one side, extremely friendly chickens, parking, all facilities you'd hope for, hot water, table and chairs outside, 5 mins drive to shops/pub etc

Ambiguous instruction for finding room. Stated as room 2 and nowhere a number 2 written. No arrows for parking. Three messages sent to them - via Booking and direct texts - before the stay, and not a single response. I asked for WhatThreeWords or directions as all they said was search in google maps. Well, I don't drive holding my phone. Unsafe! Turned out I drove right past the turning, added 15 minutes drive. Not a single message or greeting during my 2 days' stay.

"Lovely retreat in quiet pretty farm"

Lovely converted stable/barn on a quiet little farm. Beautiful surroundings and perfect for visiting family in the area. Super comfy bed and plenty of room to relax.

Nothing really, we had issue first night with a window not shutting which caused a chilly draft but nothing that spoilt our stay.

Beautiful and peaceful location, easy access by car, and good parking. Very comfortable, good wifi. Very friendly and helpful owner (Simon). Appreciated access to the outside gardens and fields with the friendly chickens.

The step down from the bedroom to the bathroom was a concern when getting up in the night. Bit short on pots and pans, but manageable for our short stay.

Everything! Beautiful property with everything you need to relax and enjoy the stay. Hosts were amazing, very welcoming not only to us but my child too. Even allowing him to help collect chicken eggs. Could not recommend more! Thank you
