"This is a great place to stay."

Great location in town, close to pubs, restaurants and shops. Many was very helpful and friendly, especially when it came to parking and breakfast times.

Very limited parking for your car but Mandy helped us with this. The shower cubicle is very small, and a little more lighting (dull lighting) for easier reading.

Friendliest staff ever. Cold milk and water was provided in a fridge that was available for guest use. Good breakfast with a good selection. Location is very good in the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water.

Bed was a bit too soft for our taste. The shower was a bit clumsy, it poured water all over the place. Room was a bit small, but OK.

"Dirty room the mattress was 10 years past it’s use by date"

Nothing, force advertising showed a picture of a completely different hotel

Nothing good to say about this BB. First picture is not the Chesnut BB, but a completely different hotel, this is force Advertising. Picture 5 is the actual entrance to the BB. Picture 8 is the actual sign, impossible to find. You really need to remove this from Booking.com
