+ piękny widok z okna (na góry) + parking + czysta łazienka + wspólny aneks kuchenny i lodówka w korytarzu + korzystna cena

- jako, że nie ma klimatyzacji (to normalne) to fajnie by było umieścić siatki na komary w oknach, aby nie trzeba było martwić się, że coś nam wleci do pokoju
