Very beautiful place!

A beautifully restored building in a stunning setting. Very dog friendly - it was wonderful to be able to walk with our dog through the vineyards and to see the snow on the alps in the background. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The enoteca was a great place to enjoy a glass of the house wine (excellent wines produced and we bought some bottles to bring home) made even more special by the locals using it as a meeting place.

There was an issue with accessing WIFI as the walls are very thick in the accommodation wing.

The room was spacious, the restaurant was nice.

My stay was a bit unusual and not what I expected. I arrived at the announced check-in time, but there was nobody around, so I had to wait quite a while before being attended to, which felt a bit odd. Breakfast was listed as included in the booking, which I thought was a nice touch. However, in the morning, I was given a coffee and a piece of cake. I didn’t mind it too much, but then the host went off to chase a dog and didn’t return. It was an odd situation, and I was left unsure about what to do next. The place had a strange, somewhat abandoned vibe, which added to the overall feeling of confusion. While the experience wasn’t awful, it was definitely unexpected and a little offbeat.

Nice room, very quiet place, it was nice to stay there.

Beautiful location and great wine. We loved the gardens, with the bar for an evening drink. The host was very welcoming, and we enjoyed his conversation. The restaurant food was very good.

Be sure to let them know when you are likely to arrive.
