Clean, quiet, and spacious. Mosquito net on the bathroom window. A floor squeegee – the first time I've ever seen one provided in a bathroom during my long trip in SEA! Silent AC, very low humidity, and very attentive, helpful staff.

No major issues.

"Perfect"

The place is very new and super clean the room is very clean and comfortable with lots of billows. The people who run this place are so nice and kind and helpful. We booked the underground river trip through them and it’s cheaper than anywhere else. The location is near the centre so it’s very quiet although there are roosters nearby who enjoy singing loudly all day and night so if you travel without ear plugs then it’s your fault. Those who complain about roosters should stay at home and not travel. The balcony is great where you can relax and meet other guests. Also the location is not far from the airport. We walked from the airport to this hotel and took 20 minutes.

The owner was lovely. He was so helpful, attentive and friendly. There are good restaurants nearby. It was quiet and the bed was so so comfortable.

The internet was a little unstable at times but not a major issue.

AC is not that cold enough for a family room. Maybe because of low power supply all around the city?
