Honestly the nicest hotel room everyone come here

Very easy to check in and check out, kind staff and air con. Everything was clean and easy to locate the property when I arrived. Only a 30 min walk to airport or 5 min on tricycle. Because it's so close, you can also hear the planes when they take off.

Very accommodating for a late check in after flight delays. The bathroom facilities were poor, but I feel this came from the people staying there rather than staff cleaning. The aesthetics of the outside of the rooms was nice, inside very basic, curtains don’t block any light so have a large towel you can use over it.

This is basic hotel, but it feels more than basic. The room is nothing special, but there is a beautiful indoor garden in the central area of the hotel, all the rooms are named after herbs, and the staff were lovely. We paid 1330 pesos for a double room and that came with breakfast and free hot and cold drinking water. There are cheaper places but they will also feel a lot cheaper. The attitude of the manager and the standard of hygiene of the place. The first room was damp and dusty. We checked in around 3pm and had to leave in a hurry due to another engagement. Just the short time spent in the room caused my allergies to dust and damp to flare up. We reported this to management upon our return at 5pm and asked for a refund and to leave. The manager refused due to her policy, which was more important than customer service. She relocated us to a "better" room. The room was larger but dusty, the bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower and only one towel for 2 people. The beds had no covers only fitted sheets. Please steer clear. This place has tarnished the wonderful experience we had in the Philippines.
