Bei unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer extrem kalt. Es ist eigentlich selbstverständlich, dass ein Zimmer bei der Anreise angenehm temperiert und aufgeheizt ist, besonders da die Unterkunft unsere Ankunftszeit kannte. Leider war dies nicht der Fall. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung, die Temperatur im Zimmer zu erhöhen, wurde kaum etwas unternommen. In der Nacht haben wir stark gefroren, und am Morgen zeigte das Thermometer nur noch 14,6 °C an (siehe Foto). Die Radiatoren waren in der Nacht eiskalt, die Heizung wurde einfach abgestellt. Ich schreibe normalerweise keine negativen Bewertungen, aber in diesem Fall finde ich es wichtig, dies zu erwähnen. Gäste sollten ernst genommen werden, und besonders für ein junges Paar sollte der Aufenthalt angenehm und komfortabel gestaltet sein. Leider war dies aufgrund der Kälte nicht möglich
