Excellent location, in the center of Santa Teresa, with shops, restaurants and all kinds of facilities. Very close to a gorgeous beach, Rena Bianca and other nice beaches, easy access to visit the north of the island. Everything comfortable, even if we didn't get breakfast, we had coffee capsules, water and some sweets from the owner and bonus, a kitchenette with fridge, tables and all the facilities to serve meals. Exemplary cleanliness, fresh smell, daily cleaning and changing towels, as well as refreshing the bed linen each 2 days.

The mattress is indeed a little soft, but it depends on taste, I wouldn't lower the rating for that.

The shared kitchen facilities were great and loved the coffee they provided.

There was a slight smell in the room from the bathroom, which was better when window was opened.

La ubicación es perfecta, el espacio es moderno y cómodo. Estacionamiento gratuito al frente, todo muy práctico. Luca muy claro con las instrucciones y recomendaciones 10/10

El ruido de la calle era alto en las mañanas principalmente... muy caluroso, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien pero está mal ubicado (al frente de la cama)... por lo que era incomodo regularlo.

Wird haben i dieser schönen Unterkunft leider nur eine Nacht verbracht. Hätten wir gewusst wie schön und sauber sie ist und was Santa Teresa und Capo Testa alles tu bieten hat, hätten wir mehr Zeit in dieser schönen Unterkunft eingeplant. Das einchecken mit Code verlief problemlos. Luca ist ein guter Gastgeber mit dem wir über WhatsApp gut in Kontakt waren. Die Unterkunft hat einen sehr schönen Aufenthaltsraum, wo man alles findet was man braucht und sich auch ein Frühstück zubereiten kann. Das empfiehlt sich auch, weil i Santa Teresa sind die Preise etwas höher. Alles in allem haben wir uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt würden sie wieder buchen.

Struttura curata nei dettagli e pulita ad praticamente in centro tutto ok.

Zentrale Lage, sauber und der frei nutzbare Frühstücksraum mit Kochzeile waren gut ausgestattet.

Einziges kleines Manko, war der etwas schwierig zu findender Parkplatz. Parkplatz ist öffentlich und daher immer belegt.
