Tout est propre, neuf, et bien équipé. La cuisine commune tout équipée, avec de quoi prendre son petit déjeuner (pain de mie, beurre, confiture, café...) est bien pratique. Une grande baie vitrée et un balcon privatif permettent de profiter d'une jolie vue sur le centre du village de Punta Garça, au loin en contrebas, et sur l'océan.

Il faut savoir que l'hôtel ne se situe pas à Vila Franca Campo mais à une dizaine de minutes en voiture, dans un quartier résidentiel dans la bourgade agricole de Punta Garça. Ce n'est pas un mal en soi, mais il faut le savoir.
