The close proximity to the pier, shops and restaurants . Jill and Phil were amazing hosts. Lovely breakfast every morning. Comfortable bed in a spotlessly clean room

The owner Jill was very welcoming and friendly. The bedroom was cosy and clean and the breakfast was excellent, with a good variety ie full English breakfast, cereal, toast, fresh orange juice, tea, coffee and the location is in the heart of Bowness.

"Enjoyable stay at the Bay House, couldn't of asked for anything more from hotel, recommended to all."

Location was excellent, Car Parking, Shops, Restaurants and the lake all within a few minutes walk. Breakfast was outstanding, no issues, very nice food along with plenty of tea, coffee and juice. Room layout was good with en suite, comfortable bed and quiet nights sleep.

"Unexpected find and a gem of a place to stay"

Location was excellent - close to the car park and town centre but situated off the beaten track so that traffic and people noise was not an issue. View from the room was great. Room was cosy, bed was comfy. Facilities in the room were great. Breakfast was lovely - ordered the night before so you weren't waiting long for it once seated the following morning - lots of choice including a veggie option. Jill was really attentive whilst we stayed, making sure we had everything we needed - thank you
