Super quiet and very relaxing environment

We loved everything

Stunning location near to the beautiful riverside town of Terrasson, this accommodation is of the highest standard - super clean and comfortable with a fabulous pool to relax in after a long drive. Valerie is a perfect host too and we really enjoyed our stopover there on route to Caen for our ferry home.

Everything was perfect.

Beautiful swimming pool, beautiful breakfast, great hospitality, sparking clean. We had a lovely stay catching up with old friends 😁

Valerie made us very welcome and offered us a delicious homemade non-alcoholic fruit cocktail on our arrival. Our room was large and beautifully furnished and the bed particularly comfy. The ensuite shower room was modern with a large cubicle and powerful shower and there was a separate WC. Breakfast next morning was delicious with homemade cakes and preserves and cherries and strawberries from the garden. The timber decked swimming pool area was stunning and the whole refurbishment/remodeling of the old farm buildings which make up this delightful chambre d'hotes has been done with thought, imagination and flair. It is very high quality and I would recommend it to anyone. A real shame we were only staying one night, but this was our first of three overnight stops on our way back to St Malo from visiting friends near Carcassonne in the South West.

Visited also in 2014 and the high level of quality is still very much appreciated. Nice quiet surroundings and friendly helpful staff! Breakfast is excellent as well as the welcome drinks!
