B&B Antico Telaio

Wonderful location, a 5-minute walk to the beach. The space is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. Very true to the photos on the site. The management and staff were kind, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Including having chilled water in the room upon our arrival on an exceptionally hot day. Breakfast was delicious we were sorry we couldn't stay longer. We highly recommend anyone to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Nicely decorated and clean rooms, location close to the Santa Maria Navarrese beach and Baunei, and ok breakfast.

The host is unprofessional and extremely difficult to communicate with - not just because of language but also because of their attitude. Due to limited and poor communication regarding check-in procedures from the host, we did not get the room we had booked (deluxe room w. full ocean view and balcony). We got a significantly less comfortable room (standard room). The host confirmed that this was a mistake made by them, however, as another guest had already checked in to the room we were supposed to have, they asked us to stay in the standard room for 1 night. Obviously, this was not very satisfying for us as paying guests at the B&B to have to spend more than 50% of our stay in a significantly less comfortable room - especially given the fact we had that we had made the booking 1.5 months in advance and paid the full amount for the stay. Therefore, we asked to get a refund of the cost of 1 night. The host reacted very unprofessionally to this request. Suddenly the host aggressively argued that it was our mistake that we did not get the room we had booked, and that if we were not satisfied with their solution we should leave (we have this phone conversation recorded, as it was shocking!). We explained to the host that as we had already paid the full amount of our stay, we, of course, would like to get the accommodation (and service!) we had paid for (and can expect as paying guests). Furthermore, we questioned why all of a sudden it was our mistake that we did not get the room we had booked as they had previously taken full responsibility of the mistake. Finally, the host (after they were calmed down) agreed to reimburse us the cost of 1 night. However, throughout our 2 night stay the host communicated passively aggressively with us in writing only. At breakfast they did not communicate to us at all, and at no point did we receive a face to face apology for the mistake around the rooms and their behavior - not even at breakfast where the host was present.

It was very clean. Nice. Very tastefully furnished. The host was amazing, helped in everything we needed. The breakfast was great.

The owner had changed our rooms because it had freed up and looked nicer. When we arrived we realized the change, but we wanted the other one because the bathrooms were different. We texted him through Booking and in not even a minute he was upstairs apologizing and helping us move to the previous agreed upon room! Extremely clean and great location.
