The room and especially the bathroom were very cold. Heating was not turned on in advance, so the space was uncomfortable on arrival. The bathroom felt old and poorly maintained. Cleanliness in the bathroom was below expectations. The toilet seat was cracked and the shower curtain damaged. The shower head looked dirty. The bathroom was extremely small — when using the toilet, legs were basically inside the shower. Overall comfort was strongly affected by the cold temperature.
