"good value"

The place was really nice. The price was excellent since we were four people. we have stayed in Castellammare before and we payed much more, on a bigger property but a dirtier and less comfortable one. This B&B was really really clean and well organised, like bigger structures regarding the key and the A/C and even the shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. Not to mention the towels which were really like in a hotel. Also, Mrs Mena and her son Francesco were absolutely helpful and kind to us. thank you

the minus is related to a more personal reason since I cannot stand small windows. so this is the only thing, it was a bit uncomfortable for me, but since we were supposed to only be there for one night and the a/c was really working, it didn't become a big deal after all. also, maybe the bar for the breakfast could be picked better, it wasn't a nice nor a good place to eat.

Staff Jean Luc was great! Very helpful and friendly. We have a lot of troubles in our trip and he was very sensitive tô that, helping us a lot. We felt very welcomed. Rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom very clean. Close tô train station to Sorrento.

"We would not visit Castellammare again."

The room itself was neat and okay furnished. Communication upfront over WhatsApp was good.

The area is horrible to drive and the neighborhood felt unsafe. We were able to leave our car with luggage there for the day - which was nice of the host- but it felt very unsecure and we were happy that nothing was stolen. We unfortunately did not meet the old woman which seems to be the main host but only one of her sons who was a bit unmotivated.
