Il Veliero

We stayed at Il Veliero for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Even before check-in, the host contacted us with useful information about the accommodation, nearby parking options, and other essential details that made our stay much easier. The check-in process was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive our room even before the official check-in time listed on Booking.com. We booked a room without a balcony, yet the view was still stunning. The bed was very comfortable, the room offered plenty of space for a couple, and the bathroom was exceptional—well-equipped with everything you might need for a stay of several days. Housekeeping was done daily after 10:00 AM, and the room was always kept spotless. The location is another major advantage. Il Veliero is situated right next to the beach and only a few minutes walk from the train station. Pro tip: use the train if you plan to visit Sorrento or Pompeii—the tickets are affordable, and trains run frequently in both directions. From the window, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Vesuvius, the mountains, and the Tyrrhenian Sea. What more could you ask for on a holiday? Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again.

As Romanians, we are used to a more substantial breakfast, so the included breakfast—consisting of just a coffee and a pastry—felt a bit light for our taste. 😊 However, this is simply a cultural difference and certainly not something that affected our overall experience. With so many affordable and excellent cafés and restaurants nearby, finding a more filling breakfast was never a problem.

La ubicación y las vistas , la cama muy cómoda , lo limpiaban todos los días y cada dos días cambio de toallas . El desayuno es en un bar justo al lado , y nos atendieron muy bien . El check in fue muy bien nos recibieron en la puerta y en todo momento nos explicó todo y nos ayudó con el parking , porque aparcar es imposible . Tiene supermercados y restaurantes cerca , les recomendamos The Burguer y justo enfrente el Piazza vanvitelli

Un luogo bello è pulito! Siamo stati per due giorni e ci siamo innamorati di questo posto! I grandi apochi passi da una buona spiaggia. 5.5 min d alla stazione ferroviaria con molti servizi e semplici . Louis che fu un ospite immediato

Struttura fantastica curata nei minimi particolari l’host Luigi persona gentilissimo e sempre presente in ogni nostra richiesta la location stupenda con un panorama mozzafiato super consigliato grazie Luigi

It was nice and close to train station. Clean and suitable for a short stay. Also, breakfast is included and it is good with cornetto and coffee.

This was more of a house instead of a hotel. Moreover, this is not about the hotel but electricity went off more than one time in three days.
