Everything was perfect. The conditions of room was very comfortable for our family. Free and safety parking place. Nice location. Balcony and nice view. Frederico was very helpful from beginning to end. He prepared every morning for us different kind of breakfast. His breakfasts were number one. Highly recommended. We will definitely coming back for next accommodation. Thank you for everything.

Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with a bonus that is found very rarely in accommodations - fresh plants! Federico is a great host and he pampered us with a wonderful home-made breakfast every morning. Definitely recommended if you are travelling by car in the area.

Nothing - just book and enjoy!

Location is just on the riverbank. Everything around is amazingly green, there is just next to it a trail going along the river you can use and a small children park. The town itself was super nice and there is a 24/7 veterinary clinic (we came with cats). There are very lovely towns around and as long as you have a car you can ride around towns on the river bank as you wish. The location is half an hour from the Malensa airport as well so it was very comfortable the day of the flight. The room was clean, one large bed and a smaller one all very comfy, there was always hot water and the bathroom was also large and very clean. (There are also plenty of drawers and etc if you need to hide things from cats ;) unfortunately I didn't think about taking pictures of the room) The owner is absolutely amazing, extremely helpful and accommodating, the breakfasts he made were absolutely a delight and we're honestly extremely refreshing (he was very obviously putting a lot of effort into both making them and presenting them so it was absolutely an amazing experience going to the dining room to be greeted with it, took pictures every morning). He helped us so much we really can't thank him enough and was extremely nice about it, definitely recommending this place for anybody who wants to try going on a trip in the area.

The B&B is at the end of the road close to the river and is surrounded by a lot of trees and bushes still, there are plenty of people in the area. The friendly host takes the time for you so you feel welcome. The interior is vintage and comfertable and creates a positive energy. After a good night sleep we enjoyed a balanced breakfast prepaired with care. This was the perfect start of our trip to Milan.

absolutely everything. i was impressed with: - the attention to detail, Federico hasn’t missed a thing. - the cleanliness of the place: impecable! - the good taste that shows everywhere. - the beautiful ironed bed linens and blanket! product of a true perfectionist and it shows. My hat’s off to the owner.
