nothing regarding the B&B , Castelletto is a place where a car is needed so as I din't have one my exploration of the area was limited and everything shut on sunday evening so if you are hungry you must stock up food in advance or order a pizza!

Federico is an exceptional host. His breakfast is the best!. Room was cosy, bed comfortable. We had great time staying there.

Nice B&B in a good location at a reasonable price. Federico is extremely flexible with the check-in and the communication has been excellent from the very beginning. He kindly provided (and prepared) for me a delicious vegan breakfast for which I’m extremely grateful.

Overall everything was fine, the only suggestion is to add some curtains (or blinders) for travellers whom prefer a darker bedroom.

The house is located on the shore of a beautiful river, with beautiful nature. You can park on a safe public place. The room is exactly like on the picture, the bathroom is exceptional, big and comfortable. The whole place is very stylish, You feel home, and You feel the history of the place, there are those little nice details. The room was cleaned every day, what is exceptional for a b&b:) The air conditioning is perfect, and the bathroom has even terrace doors:) And than comes Federico, the owner who is a perfect host:) He cares about everything, he gave us advices where to go, and he prepared us heavenly breakfast every morning. We stayed 7 nights, and every morning breakfast was a highlight of the day, all those tomatoes, cheese, egg, fruits, cold cuts, pancakes, sweets, juice, coffee, tea...... These breakfasts were rather like brunch, You definitely do not have to take lunch as it fills You until late afternoon, and it was mainly healthy food. We really felt home there, we are very happy that we choose this house as a base for our car-trip around the lakes, as also it was a central location to drive every day to a different location at Lake Maggiore / Como /Orta. This place was amazing! We were 2 girls traveling alone and this place made us feel safe and welcome. The owner is a lovely guy who made us delicious breakfast each day❤️ He also offered to drive us to the airport for a small price wich we really appreciated. The house was near a river where we could swim, and there were many nice restaurants within walking ditance. We did not have a car during this stay, but this was not a problem as the bus stop is just a 25 minute walk from the house. We had a really lovely time here😊

Our room was wonderful with a lovely view. The bed was large and very comfortable. Our host was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We are sorry we stayed only one night and would love to return in the future. Highly recommended.
