Host was very kind, super friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, and the pool and view were excellent. Definitely a great place to take the family. Would recommend!

Very nice room, friendly staff. In the middle of the countryside - very quiet. Swimming pool with big and nicely decorated garden.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Der Blick reicht über Santarcangelo bis zum Meer. Den schönen Pool haben wir sehr genossen, ebenso die Weitläufigkeit des Grundstücks.

Das Frühstück war bescheiden. Das Beste war das frische Rührei.

Location was good, easy to find, with amazing views and vineyards, fruit trees and olive groves on the property. Owner was very informative and his website with all the info, not only of the property or the town but surrounding towns was very useful. The property had many details showing owner’s artistic interests including his mother’s artwork all around the house. He recommended a family restaurant nearby which was packed by locals indicating good food and we were delighted with the quality of the food at a very affordable price.

Carlo has a lot of tips about the area and shares a lot of info. The area is beautiful as is the pool (need to use a swim cap). The room was spacious and clean, even though there is still a lot of stuff of the owners in there. There is an outdoor kitchen which can be used. All in all it's a very nice place, but should be comfortable with shared spaces and less privacy.

You should know when you come that the build up is more like an Airbnb, the owner and the family live in the house as well, as well some dogs and cats. If you take a room with three people bear in mind that the third bed is a cot that is placed in the double room, which works though. There is unfortunately no room to put your clothes as all but one space in the cupboards are filled with the owners things and are locked. The breakfast is Italian, Carlo does provide you what you need, only thing that really was not great is the amount reuse ... At some point the toast that was put out was completely moldy.

Very nice location

Carlo was exceptional because of his willingness to ensure that we got the full benefit of the area and all that it has to offer. We wish we could have stayed longer because there is so much to see. Hopefully we can visit again.

The room was decently sized and larger than expected, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. Also the owner, wife and other staff was very friendly.

On the booking.com page of the property it stated that the pool was open, but it was closed and will only be opened around May (depending on the weather if I understood the owner right). Not that it would have mattered, as it was too cold to go swimming anyways, but it was a bit of misinformation. The breakfast was a bit strange, as there was no bread, but only "zwieback". Besides that there was joghurt, some fruits, cake, fruit juice and a choice of coffee / tea. One day when we came home we were "greeted" by two small barking dogs, which were running around the property freely and were following us every step of the way (while still barking).
