La colazione poco ricca.

San Giovanni is a great place to enjoy sun, see, people and nice food. The hotel was a great choice if you get tired of the typical all-inclusive tourist hotels! I like the cleanness of the hotel and the hospitality of the staff (I haven't seen them, but they were always available at whatsapp chat). If you look for a rural home/room, I suggest you this place! you can easily walk to the beach (ca. 15 min) and enjoy your swimming and come back to hotel to take a shower. The hotel has an air conditioner and it is very necessary for this region!

a bit confusing with car, a lot of streets are one-way street (which is common in Italy). It maybe better if they send more information how to reach the place with car and information about parking (it took for us a bit to figure it out if parking on the street is free of charge or not)

The check in was smooth, we texted them in whatsapp, and they came in 10 mins

-We reserved a room with a balcony, but only one room, the number 2 has a balcony, the other rooms has just a little space to hang the swimsuits after the beach. There is no room for table and chair in the so called balcony. They were not helpful at all, when I asked a room with a real balcony, they said contact booking.com support if I have any problems. -The air condition only works with a key, when you are in the room, when you enter the room there is around 30 degrees every time, and you need to wait to cool down. Plus there is no chance so the air condition would get into the bathroom, there is always 30+ degrees in the bathroom.
