A recommander!!! Antonio et marina ont le soucis de la satisfaction clientele. Cet hotel de luxe familial , est décoré avec gout. le personnel est chaleureux et disponible. Un reve pour un hotel à part, pourtant en centre ville😃

Todo genial. Julio 2025: Muy recomendable. La habitación era muy amplia, limpia y comoda. El personal muy atento y el desayuno muy bueno. La piscina es excelente y cierra a las 19:00. El hotel se encuentra en una residencia con control de acceso, lo cual da bastante seguridad. Si duda lo recomiendo y volvería.

Gaia Residence is all you want from stylish & elegant Boutique Hotel. All rooms are individually furnished and very spacious. Entire establishment is gleaming with cleanliness, wi-fi works without interruptions, location is at the center of Puerto Plata city next to Jumbo Shopping Center in a quiet private street with free parking across the Residence. Breakfast is a la carte, Dominican breakfast is delicious! Owners are delightful international couple, who truly master friendliness with attention to every detail. They even contact you beforehand your arrival via Whatts App, which is very helpful to locate a private street whether you arrive uber, taxi or rented vehicle as urban city center street signs are not that easy to see specially at night time.

Sparkling clean, friendly and attentive staff, very quiet gated community, cute little pool, good breakfast.

Location is not in the colonial zone or by the waterfront, nothing interesting right around the hotel but it’s a short drive to water front or colonial zone. Other than that everything is great.

La limpieza de la habitacion al igual que todas las instalaciones estan super limpias y el excelente servicio de todo el personal incluyendo los propietarios que son un amor....Gracias a Marina y su esposo por ser complice en sorprender a mi esposo el dia de su cumpleaños y hacerle pasar un momento especial....Gracias a Kelvin por ser tan atento.....Gracias a todos😘🌹

El poco tiempo que duro la estadia.
