Kaza Muta

Location is excellent, literally downtown. The staff is very friendly and the house is clean. The bedroom looks cozy and has a very large window with lots of light.

Hot water is intermittent with ice cold water, don't take a late shower. The bathroom of the room didn't have a window so I would have to leave the bathroom open after a shower. The bed has improvised support and makes noise with almost every movement and the cover with the fur can trigger your allergies.

Great location. The wifi was okay.

Two huge No-Nos for me. 1) Intermittent water supply. The hot water was spontaneous. One second it's blazing hot, the next moment it's freezing cold. One of the nights that I stayed here, the water went completely out in at least two rooms (including my room) from about 8pm to 6am, with no warning or explanation. Also, I stayed in two different rooms during my stay and the bathroom sinks were clogged in both sinks. Both bathrooms had a bad smell to them as well. 2) Unresponsive owner/management. I reached out several times via call and text to whoever's in charge about issues with my stay and NEVER got a response. Seeing that the front desk never had anyone there and the only staff lady that I saw leaves the building every evening and returns in the morning, it is imperative that someone responds whenever a customer reaches out. Unfortunately no one ever did. Also, there are no scenic views from the windows of either of the rooms that I stayed in. My advice, find somewhere else to stay.
