Central location, market & restaurants around, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable, enough drinking water, 24/7 reception, beautiful view from the terrace

The staff and service were very nice. We even requested for emergency checkout due to medical reasons and they assisted us quickly without any extra cost. We also received souvenirs which was really an extra effort of kindness from hotel staff. Would definitely recommend

The host was super accommodating and not only waited for us to check in at a relatively late hour (11pm), but was able to help us with arrangements for local tours and taxis. The included breakfast was good with a wide range of options and the beds were massive and comfortable. The location was also very convenient being in the middle of a shopping street with a wide variety of food options all around us.

The room was slightly colder than I would have liked but the thick and plush blankets helped keep us warm.

Situated on the main drag to the Dalai Lama Temple and convenient for everything McLeod Ganj has to offer. Sunny, the hotel manager, ensured that our stay was the best it could be. Breakfast was brought to our room everyday and no other requests went unanswered. My room was comfortable with great views.

There was nothing not to like.

1) location of the property - exellent 2) room details and comfortability inside room - very nice - big room, ample space, good beds, well-lit rooms, well ventillated and clean (except the pantry sink drain outlet connection was missing) 3) staffs and behaviours - very good and very friendly 4) accommodated early check-in request as well

1) given room position (101) or its access was an issue - a lot of steep stairs from reception level - was very difficult for guests having limitation 2) aged guests or guests with limitation in lower limbs should definitely contact the property beforehand and make a request of room selection - room101 to be avoided. In fact, it should be mentioned in the room details so that customers can take decision while booking. 3) value for money rating went down because of this access problem for this particular room (almost 3-storied steps down from the hotel entrance level) - getting into the room or getting outside the hotel was not comfortable at all. 4) no landphone connection for intercom, specifically in room101. (Other rooms have this and working as well)

Fantastic location in McCloed Ganj. Sunny and his staff went above and beyond in assisting us with all our needs including arranging long distances taxi when bus cancelled . Lovely views from balcony ,huge bed good restaurants on doorstep.
