Rama Krishna Hotel

Cleanliness, very positive vibes, hotel beeakfast superb, staff are very good, polite and do their jobs very promptly. Location just at Villeparle east suburban railway main entry. Recommended especially for family and even for bachelor

Rooms are bit small, the intercom phone is kept very akwardly in one corner, not much space bothside from bed. Tv sets looks very old, must be upgraded.

Everything was perfect

Convenient location for taking flights at odd hours with their courtesy drop at airport.

Clean and tidy. My room was a bit small. The location is nice - right at the Vile Parle market. Plenty of stalls, shops and restaurants.

The electric switches were a bit weird. Took some time to figure out what switch did what. AC was controlled by a switch and didn’t come on without a lot of fiddling with its remote control.

Nothing really

Absolutely terrible experience. Housekeeping was pathetic — they only showed up after multiple calls, and even then the room remained filthy. The tiles, cupboard, coffee table, sofa, and centre table were all covered in dirt and dust. The walls were peeling, the TV and AC remotes didn’t work, and the refrigerator looked like it came straight from a scrap yard — and didn’t function either. Mosquitoes in the room, a cramped toilet, and zero attention to cleanliness made the stay unbearable. My son suffered health problem due to unhygienic conditions. For the exorbitant rate they charge, the value provided is laughable. The staff’s arrogance makes it even worse. If this is their idea of hospitality, it’s the beginning of their downfall.

The hotel is at a great location, not far from the airport. Its not huge, and for those who are looking for good value for money, this is a good place to go to. There is also a good vegetarian restaurant next door, also run by the same mnagement.

I would have liked for the room to be a little larger but, then again we are talking about Mumbai where space is a premium. No major complaints
