Very nice experience

Fantastic stay

Superb location - close to the airport, and right nextdoor to restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Courteous staff. Lovely vegetarian restaurant under the same banner.

Staff are really noisy. For someone who sleeps early the noise between 10pm and 12 midnight is a bit too much. I feel this is easily fixable too. The corridors and room are super low ceiling. The fan is super low too. So if you're taller than 6 ft, you have to crouch the entire time you're indoors. WiFi is shaky, only works in some rooms. Had to sit outside in the sofa area to get access.

How the staff treats you. They promised for an airport pickup. They let me wait at the airport and never showed up. Leaving me alone waiting in the middle of the night in Mumbai, so had to fix an uber. Not what I expect as solo female traveller. When I arrived the guy behind the desk looked drunk. The location looked totally different from what I’ve had booked (see pictures). When entering the room there were dirty sheets and blankets. It’s smelled terrible and my view was dirt and I woke up with the taste of gasonline

Excellent location, great food and good staff.
