Location is very good. Villa is very spacious and clean and all the basic facilities are good. Staff is polite and helpful.

Bath area is not very clean and toiletries and other eminities like footmat, dustbin, bath area flooring, etc. should be improved and provided.cupboard in the room was not closing properly.

The location is 100 m away from the beach. It is 2 km away from the noise and the chaos of main Malpe beach. It is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is sumptuous. They cook simple home like food on request for lunch and dinner.

There was light streaming into the room from the street lights at night, so was not completely dark at night. This was disturbing the sleep.

Excellent location with a great view from the room. Spacious room with comfortable furniture and pleasing decor. Good homely food and courteous stuff.

The villa was at a beautiful, quiet location (with almost a private beach) and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food offered at the hotel (both breakfast and dinner) was excellent!

Be aware, that your every movement and wishes will be charged by the manager at the end of your stay. The manager has no habit to inform you in advance that, for example, the dinner with a fish dish is more expensive or that to accompany him to the fish market for his weekly shopping will cost you 400. Another of his habits is to switch the lights off in a library even if you are reading there a book after dinner - did he think that it't time for me to go to sleep? During this trip in Karnataka we stayed in 5 different places, this is the only one we will never come back to.
