Horribly small room with a lot of ants and few cockroaches. Bed sheet was dirty. Building is still under construction and while construction works under our heads we’re very loud disabling taking a rest during the day. Owner doesn’t see it as a problem for people who were renting a room. Additionally it’s not a homestay as owner is not leaving there - only 4 rooms which of one is only with balcony and view. If you need anything each time you have to call to owner what is quite annoying.

It's a 3 room structure and listed as homestay Not at all recommend to someone No staff present at the place as it does not have other than three rooms AC remote is not provided for one room.

The hosts were very helpful and attentive. The property location is in the heart of Port Blair, with Aberdeen market, Matina Park, Cellular Jail within walking distance and a short 5-10 min auto ride to the airport. Room was good with all basic facilities, no complaints as such. Worth the price.
