Bluebells Varanasi

We are 4 in members,occupied rooms 201 and 204 from 12 to 14/2/23. Staff with Manager were v good. During staying some of clients came from Bengal occupied room no 202 and another rooms. During odd hrs,they were created hue and cry with some nasty wearing of dresses by opening their doors which shows very bad.They were informed but in vain and misbehaved with staff and manager also infront of us.

Nasty showed by some clients during odd hours. Require some split.norms and regulation in hotel.

Staff behaviour was good

The room was very overpriced because main road is 2kms from the property and you can't find any shop or auto nearby. So considering the location of the property the price is very high also there was no facility like hotel but the price was set according to a hotel. The balcony gate was broken and the bathroom gate was not opening closing smoothly

Fantastic location, at the heart of the city, but so calm & serene inside. All modes of transport available at the door and the temples & ghats are quite near. The apartment is clean, beautiful & airy, with a well equipped kitchen, having all utensils to cook. Cooking at the apartment made us feel homely. Staffs are extremely helpful & polite, food also had a very good taste. Very silent & serene space, would love to visit again. If I visit Varanasi, this is the place where I would love to stay again.
