"Best B&B in the surroundings of Viareggio with the best staff!"

Breakfast was simply perfect! Home-made pastry and pancakes. Not to mention the big swimming pool and the other facilities that makes you stay on the premises even the whole day.

This is not under the influence of the location and an issue in large parts of Italy: traffic noise.
