Breakfast is self-served from items provided by the owner or augmented by food purchased by the guests elsewhere. The room is quiet, facing an inner court, although centrally located in Palermo, within walking distance of main tourist attractions and train/bus central stations.

Very welcoming host

location was amazing

The host was also living in the apartment and he had an open loft in which he watched tv with the volume too high and he smoked which made the air smell like stale cigarettes. Made it very difficult to nap in the afternoon. He is kind but was a little too interactive for my comfort. it’s a cultural thing, I understand, however I value my privacy and this was a little uncomfortable.

The location is superb and the owner is extremely helpful and friendly. he gave us a list of recommended restaurants for locals with delicious food and good prices.

Superb location. For a group needing two rooms it works effectively as a self-contained flat. Full of character. Coffee, yoghurt, cheese, ham, bread freely available.
