"Романтичная мансарда в исторической части нижнего города"

Квартира находится в мансарде в старой части нижнего города. Район - очень атмосферный. Красивый дизайн интерьера. Хозяйка Алессандра внимательная и отзывчивая. Есть всё необходимое, включая чайник и чайные пакетики, кофемашину и кофе в капсулах, посуду, маленький холодильник, стиральную машину, фен, фумигатор, карты города. Ночью очень тихо! До верхнего города можно дойти пешком за 25 минут, столько же - до Академии Каррара. До аэропорта ходит автобус. Очень удобно.

Вариант не подойдёт тем, кому сложно подняться без лифта на 3-й этаж.

lokalizacja perfekcyjna, miejsce dobrze skomunikowane z komunikacją miejską. dojazd z i na lotnisko bardzo łatwy. miejsce klimatyczne. niczego nam nie brakowało. samo lokum bardzo dobrze wyposażone. kontakt z właścicielką bardzo dobry, nie było problemu z udogodnieniami z jej strony.

jedyny mały minus to dość duży hałas wieczorową porą w weekend, ale to nic dziwnego - jesteśmy praktycznie w centrum, gdzie miasto tętni życiem

It was absolutely amazing. Very good location, central and lively. Many bars, shops, everything is a few steps away. The apartment is in a great condition and it was very clean. Great communication with the owner. Thank you for everything!

Une chambre sûrement refaite très récemment. Aspect neuf. Quartier super sympa. dans la ville basse. Très vivant. La chambre est très calme. Alessandra la propriétaire donne des explications précises pour le check-in. Très bien!

Peut être une petite bouteille d'eau pour le jour d'arrivée serait bien. Mais ce n'est pas le plus important.

"Ruhige und geräumige Wohnung im Zentrum"

Tolle Lage, sehr zentral in der Unterstadt und trotzdem schön ruhig, da in einer kleinen Sackgasse. Unkomplizierter Check in über Schlüsselboxen und vorher eine gute Anleitung per Video. Gerne wieder. Achtung: Wohnung im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug! Für mich persönlich kein Problem, da ich immer mit Rucksack reise.

"Great place"

The location is absolutely great. You have bars/restaurants around the corner. Food store is 1 min away. A few minutes to a bus stop, and you can walk to the old town as well. Room was clean, check in was clear, comunication with the host - easy. its a great place.

I could not find a kettle for tea, but i guess drink coffee when in Italy :)
