The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. Roberta was very pleasant and accommodated our request for an earlier check in.

Located on the third floor with no elevator, parking on the street, and the breakfast only had packaged food.

The area was very uninviting. No one unswer the bell. We couldnt find a way to communicate the host. Later somebody at another hotel where we took a room, told us that there is a key somewhere. It was a very bad experience. We are booking accomodation for many years through Booking.com. We never had such a bad experience! We didnt stay at the place

Dallia is a very lovely host, we were able to overcome the language barrier without any problems, the property is first class and has everything you need for a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The shower turned freezing cold during use, for about 5 minutes, , then returned to warm, I think maybe the use of plumbing next door affected it.
