non era specificato che la stanza fosse in un seminterrato con una finestra a livello strada e un bagno senza finestra né ventilazione.

La posizione, la tranquillità e la pulizia. Cortesi e puntuali.

La camera non era accogliente...mobili inesistenti, almeno mettere una testata letto...comodini decenti, sedie non da giardino. Ma soprattutto evidenzio la mancanza di aria forzata nel bagno ( senza nemmeno una mensola, un gancio ...) e almeno un mini frigo...in estate come si fa?

Considering the price, it's good enough generally for one night of stay. mostly thanks to the place- it's walkable from the station and pretty close to the road to San Marco. The friendly owner let me use the room before the actual check-in time for my personal reason!

As The room is nearly adjacent to the road and the ceiling, it was cold and noisy. The WiFi is not available if you can't register within some certain time. The shower room is small and there was no holder to place the showerhead. If you're going to stay here, don't forget to turn on the heater much before taking the shower! It took me an hour to have warm water.
