Maria and Fillpo were the most amazing hosts! Kind, informative and so very helpful. A beautiful breakfast was set out every morning, on our last day we had to leave early and they packed us biscuits and homemade cake to take with us. The location was awesome, close to everything but it is 20-25 minutes from train with bags.

If you have mobility issues something to know is there are stairs.

Very pleasant and informative hosts; wonderful location for old town; spotlessly clean room; nice breakfast.

The breakfast tables could have been a bit bigger - was hard to fit everything on them.

We enjoyed an exceptional stay at Dimora Palmeri with a warm welcome from Maria and Filippo. The place is delicately decorated and spacious. The breakfast, featuring local flavors, was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.

The apt was amazing! It was a perfect blend of ancient stonework with modern facilities. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and presented by most charming and convivial host including freshly baked homemade cakes by Maria , our landlady. Breakfast set us up for perfect days. A must visit.

We loved everything!

All around it was an ok experience. The room is small but new and renovated. The location is very central in the old town. But the hosts, especially Filippo, take a lot of space and are heavy handed. Although they are well-intentioned, it was a drag on our overall experience. The check in was painful: although we were tired and just wanted our room, Filippo wanted to go through his script of all the attractions of the city - even if we didn’t ask for anything and clearly wanted to leave. Then, in order to take photos of our passports, he broke the spine of my new passport. During the stay, even though we had been told that there would be no cleaning between our two nights (which is normal) someone entered our room and moved our belongings around. Nothing was missing but it felt very intrusive. This rental was by far the most expensive one of our trip in Puglia and the least enjoyable one. Also be aware that you can only pay in cash.

Excellent breakfast, great hosts, very friendly and accessible. Monopoli was one of our favorite places, and the hosts had an important role in making us feel that way. I highly recommend this establishment.

Philip & Maria were our hosts & oh my god!!! They felt like family!!! Philip makes THE BEST cappuccino in the world for us everyday & Maria bakes fresh cakes! They were so very helpful with everything, from making us understand the parking to staying up for us till late when we checked in around 10 pm. They made sure we feel more than welcomed! They were so very kind to upgrade our room for free & the room was so huge it felt like living in a royal suite!! Even when we were checking out & couldn’t have breakfast, Philip had packed cakes & coffee for us so that we could have it on our way! The most generous & kind hosts I’ve ever come across!

Its location to the beach is lovely! It is also surrounded by nice shops and very nice restaurants! What is the loveliest, our host Maria and Patrick, they were exceptional! Prompt with responses, good with their recommendations but most importantly, the breakfast they made every morning was 11/10! Look at Patrick’s one and only Cappuccino, out of the world! The home made orange cake Maria served us was to yearn for, we could safely say, we made changes to our departing schedules so that we can enjoy the lovely breakfast in their courtyard for one last time! Thank you for everything !

We had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B in Monopoli. Maria and Filipe were fantastic hosts - their cappuccinos are truly the best in town! Maria's warm welcome made us feel right at home. Our room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast prepared by Felipe was delicious, especially the homemade baking - a lovely touch. Thank you Maria and Felipe, for a truly memorable stay in Monopoli.
