Πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο και ειδικά το μπάνιο, ήταν πολύ μεγάλο και άνετο και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Το πρωινό καλύπτει όλες τις ανάγκες που χρειάζεσαι για ένα πρωινό. Η τοποθεσία μόλις 12 λεπτά από το ιστορικό κέντρο του Λέτσε.

Το μόνο αρνητικό ότι λόγω της φύσης που υπάρχει στο διαμέρισμα καθώς διαθέτει μπαλκόνι με φυτά ήταν ότι υπήρξε μια σαρανταποδαρούσα και ένα ζουζούνι.
