Sjokkerende dårlig: fikk ingen koder på forhånd. Personale helt fraværender. Hard dårlig seng på gulvet på loftet. Vanskelig tilgang til loft/hend. Ingen steder å sitte og slappe av. Nedslitt bad med dårlige fasiliteter.
