Nice location right outside of Udine center. Easy walk to city center. Quiet and comfortable. Patrizia was a wonderful hostess! She gave great recommendations and was available to answer any questions. Breakfast was plentiful. Highly recommend!

The Wi-fi in the room was sometimes spotty, but worked very well in the kitchen. Patrizia had no problem with my sitting there for a three hour Zoom conference.

I went here a couple of times. Always pleased about the rooms. The rooms are big enough and clean. There is always an option to have breakfast. The location is nearby the centre and train station of Udine. It's located in a dead ending road where there is a lot of space to park your car. The staff are always friendly and helpfull.

The rooms is clean and big enough. Also the locations is perfect (not far from the centre and in a quiet street with a lot of space to park) and there is a possibility to have breakfast or not.

Patrizia, her husband and son were exceptional hosts. Patrizia had the most delicious home made cakes and jams and a very generous spread of breakfast foods. Patrizia's husband was incredibly sweet waiting up until gone midnight for me to check in after a cancelled and then delayed flight. Patrizia's son was very knowledgeable on the history of Udine and of top places to see and eat. The house and garden were beautiful and decorated very tastefully with a beautiful selection of Patrizia's own ceramic artwork. It was always immaculately clean and tidy. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Udine or the surrounding areas. It's conveniently located a 5-10 minute walk from the bus station and train station and the area was lovely and quiet. Do try Patrizia's delicious home made orange conserve, it is divine!

Excellent accommodation on a quiet street with free parking. I really liked the room, the ceramics in the interior decoration is a great solution. The garden near the house is very nice and well maintained.
