Comfortable room, good facilities, coffee machine, great location with a very helpful Fiamma greeting us when we arrived in the early evening and doing so much to help us settle in

The only problem for us was street noise because of a bar which kept us awake till 2 am, it was a Saturday night, so maybe not such a problem other nights.

Very cool place close to the heart of Pavia - waLk everywhere. Host was great - very welcoming and helpful.

The bar across the street was a little loud until late into the night. We couldn't make the coffee maker work. Parking was a little far.

During my first stay at this property in Pavia, I stayed in the "loft" room, which was fantastic. It was very spacious, and I was able to do some light cooking in the kitchen. The bed upstairs is very comfortable, and I felt very safe there as a solo traveler. The host is just exceptional, and I enjoyed getting to know her. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Pavia. My son is studying there at the university a few blocks away, so it was the perfect location to visit.

The property is in a historic building and is updated beautifully. It is in a terrific location, and you can walk to all of the sights in Pavia. We were visiting our son who is studying at the university and could walk to his collegio. I recommend this property to anyone who comes to Pavia.

Very clean and well appointed accommodation, with modern furnishings and a beautiful bathroom. Coffee and a few sweet treats were provided by the host, who greeted us upon arrival and ensured that we were comfortable. The property is walking distance from the main centre of town and fantastic directions were provided to help reach the property.

There is a bar on the road which may be noisy on some evenings.
